BI5 Hover Mouse Over video preview won't work

I recently moved BI to a Windows 11 computer -- very easy and everything works except I cannot figure out how to turn on the mouse hover feature in the console that used to play a video preview on the old Windows 10 setup. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

You do realize that only works when using UI3 with a browser and not when viewing the Blue Iris console on the computer.

I may be just ignorant, but I don't know of any mouseover video preview in Blue Iris. That is a feature I put into UI3 but as far as I know nothing like it has made it into Blue Iris's local app.
