Not a direct answer to your question but IMO, the DS-2CD2045FWD-I would be the better choice. More features, well priced and has Dark Fighter tech built in.

@StewartM Seen here? I think they are $150 from the vendor we usually use, wonder why the price difference is pretty big.

Yes, that's the one. Perhaps the vendor's markup, does seem a bit steep. Hikvision cameras 'should' come with a 3 year warranty. Check with your vendor if he handles warranty issues and time frame. Depending on the vendors source, repairs/warranty claims can be lengthy. Hopefully someone from the US will chime in on their experience.
