I have these black bars on my
Lenovo 23" IPS HD LED Monitor, LI2364d monitor.
The monitor is 1920X1080 and the Dahua DVR says 1920X1080 output. So why the black bars on either side?
Looked on monitor menu for stretch mode but does not have.
Any ideas? Best monitor for sharp viewing?
