Just received a new Hikvision 2CD-2032 camera. There is a black spot in left hand corner of picture. I've tried cleaning the lens with air duster and removed the outer housing and cleaned the inner lens cover with no success.

Has anyone seen this issue before and have a way to fix?

looks like the rubber ring has a little piece out of round close to lens, get a magnifying lens and look close inside the ring

If you spin the cover to the lens around, does the spot move with it? This is how you could tell if it was part of the lens cover or not. You might have a small piece of dust or debris on the lens also. Could be on the sensor, the back of the lens or the front of the lens. You will have to check all of them until you find it.

Thanks for the tips. I fixed it by pulling out sensor and blowing air can on it. You can see a tiny dust spec on the image sensor near the top center. After blowing the spec away the "black spot" went away.
