Blue Iris Android App Lag

I'm getting major lag occasionally when using the android app. It occurs when I open it and the loading can take upwards to over a minute. The thing is that this only happens occasionally. Sometimes there is zero issues and it loads up instantly. But 80% of the time it takes forever to load.

Blue Iris is currently installed on a newly built Windows 10 PC. There is nothing else on this PC except for Blue Iris. CPU utilization is under 20%. There's no antivirus installed. So I'm not sure what could be causing it.

Remote desktop into the PC is fine and so is using UI3. There's no issue there. It seems to be only the Android app.

Any ideas on what I can do to resolve this?

Is it actual lag, as in slow performance? Or do you mean there's a delay before the lists load?

If it's the latter, there's a recent thread about this and the solution is to buy an SSD.

If Windows 10, you will need to exclude all BI folders from Windows Defender.
