Blue Iris grabbing wrong local IP

I'm running blue iris on a dell server with a single NIC in use. All other ports are disabled.

I'm also running virtualbox which creates a virtual IP. Bl grabs the virtual IP and not the one assigned to the physical NIC.

BI is not virtualized, rather installed on the local windows OS.

How do I control the local IP assignment within BI?

By default, Blue Iris's web server listens on all available interfaces. You can prevent that by checking the box "Bind exclusively" in web server settings, but I don't recommend using this unless strictly necessary, and in that case make sure you assigned the IP address statically, not via DHCP.
