Blue Iris Instant Crashing

I've been having this issue for awhile now. I cannot get Blue Iris to start for more than a few seconds. I'm running on Server 2022. I've never had this issue. I've uninstalled Blue Iris using Revo uninstaller and cleared the registry and I keep getting the same Event Viewer dump. I really don't want to reformat Windows if I don't have to do so. I've run all the SFC checks and there is no issues found. I've combed the forums for a solution, but there's a lot of parallel conversations that don't give me resolution. Please help me.

Did BI successfully run on this installation previously or is this a new deployment of BI and/or 2022 Server?

Have you installed and/or updated VC_REDIST?

Are you using an account that is in Administrators group?

While BI can be installed and made to operate correctly on server, it typically requires a few extra components to be installed. I’ve not used server for a long time and don’t remember which additional components beyond vc_redist that are needed.

I believe that you will need to add the desktop experience, or something like that, I have not used server since I retired from my IT job over 15 years ago!
