The initial login credentials for BI are the login credentials you use for Win10, assuming that account has administrator privileges. I don't think that can be reset.

Are you sure there are no typos. When I say the Win10 credentials I mean the one you used when Win10 was installed. If that doesn't work then I'd whack the drive, reformat, and start over again. With the media creation tool a reinstall of Win10 only takes 10 or 15 minutes.
If I am not mistaken, I believe that it only pulls the first 5 letters of the username to login to BI as the administrator? So try the first 5 letters of your username and the password and see if that does it.
Or if it pulls up a username and you can tell it isn't the whole name, just go with it. I seem to recall if I added the rest then it wouldn't log in.
I was helping someone here recently over TeamViewer, and I recall when I had him set it up as a service, his whole username didn't populate in the login screen and when he typed the whole username, it failed. When he exited BI and opened it back up and set up the service and typed in the password for the shorter name, it worked. Maybe that is just for after you are logged in that it is truncated?
Beats me. I've always used the full login name, in my case six characters with one cap, whenever I shut off run as a service for some purpose then re-enable it.
HI all, I can log in on Win10,
1) By RDP I need to use my Microsoft Credential(my email) + my password
or
2) On my Desktop as I only have one user setup, I only need to type my PIN
Click on BlueIris.exe or BlueIrisAdmin.exe open the box below
I tried:
Microsoft Credential(my email) + my password
Microsoft Credential(my email) + my PIN
Just first 5 letter + my password
Just first 5 letter + my PIN
