Blue Iris missing recording blocks

Hi I'm using BI (5.9.9.9) and Viotek Cameras (IB9387), some blocks are not recorded and I can't determine why. Schedules are ok and CPU usage is about 10%. I have both main and sub-streams setup. Configuration between the cameras appear to be identical. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
 
I don't understand what you mean by "blocks" can you clarify what you are meaning
 
Unless you changed it, BI does DB work at 2am and depending on the size of your system and files, that could take awhile. While that work is being done it does not record.

For most it should only be a few seconds, but if you have a lot of files and lots of moving around and stuff and a slower machine, that could do it.

But it sounds like it isn't your whole system and just a few cameras. I would check and confirm a camera hasn't accidently been set to a schedule different than global.

And sometimes the camera gets wonky in BI and a delete the camera and re-add fixes it.
 
Thanks for the quick reply. My DB work was set to 6 a.m., so I don't think it's that. The missing recordings could be up to 2 to 3 hours. I'll try to reset the cameras and go from there.
