Swann is not very helpful on this issue. I'm at a standstill I have look at other post but no Joy

Did you change the RTSP port for the DVR to 555? Standard is 554.
Try deleting the DVR (cam) then re-adding it by inputting DVR username, DVR password, DVR IP address, Cam #1 and selecting "Find/Inspect".

I have another camera that is on 554. Cameras was deleted from Blue Iris and readded to the system. I can use the SWANN DVR software but that defeat the purpose of using Blue Iris

ALL the cameras should be streaming via internal port 554. In the LAN port 554 is a camera output, the camera's IP is what makes that camera's port output unique from all the other cameras using the same port 554 for RTSP!

If you have not logged into that camera's webGUI and changed its RTSP port to 555 then change Blue Iris to use 554 for RTSP from that camera.

I have change to 554 but still unable to use the URL. I even try VLC

'rtsp:/@192.168.2.81:554/ch01/1 and it will not ask for the pasword
but if I use rtsp:/@192.168.2.81:554 it ask for the password but will not shoe the camera feed

Try just the IP address, so 192.168.1.81 and then type in username and password and hit the find/inspect and see what happens.

Maybe they changed the streaming and then by either selecting the camera number under model or a camera number from the drop down will show them?

I tried that no go. when I try the correct address I get this

What is the ACTUAL IP of the DVR's LAN port?
You have 192.168.2.80 in post #1 and 192.168.2.81 in post #5

Are the cameras in the same 192.168.2.XXX subnet?
