I was looking through my camera feeds (haven't in awhile) and noticed that going way back it shows my cameras at 12:00:00AM, 8:00:00AM, and 4:00:00PM on every camera all the time like this:

This set here shows a person detected on the 4:00:00pm recording. The problem is, that didn't happen until 5:45:09. I can see this when I go to Alerts instead of Clips:

I want to be able to see alerts all the way back as far as I can see the clips, but of course I don't want to wade through 8 hour clips to find what I'm looking for. What am I doing wrong here? I'm sure it is something I set up, but I don't recall this always happening and I haven't done anything except run updates in forever.

Thank in advance!

You are looking at the entire video file (all clips) instead of the alerts.

So you are seeing the entire 8 hour files.

Top left hit the lightning icon next to the file cabinet and you will see what you want.

Gotcha. Also - I think my real problem was that I assumed the clips would show me where things happened. I had the settings for Alerts set up to 10GB and that was only saving a few days worth of alerts and then deleting them. At least that is what I think I was doing. I had it set up like this:

I assume Alerts work differently from the New/Stored? So - I was only seeing a few days worth for any given camera like this:

Really wish I could get into those clips and find what I was looking for, but I can't search through them all without some sort of way to find the data I need. Essentially - I see that one of the screens on my house was ripped off from the outside and I have a camera pointing at that location.

I don't seem to get any alerts from my BI app (Android), so have no idea when this could have happened. I replaced all the screens 2 weeks ago - so I know it is in that time frame.
