Good day everyone,

I am hoping someone can assist me here in any way, I am getting a bit desperate.

I have had my Blue Iris license since 2017 and paid annually for upgrades.

My NVR server crashed this week and I recovered the backup to a new system. For some reason it triggered the 'license used too many times' threshold.

I don't know what the limit is but I have only ever used the product on a single instance at a time. Over the years I have upgraded and migrated my server - most recently from a physical to virtual and now back to physical.

I have mailed the Blue Iris support team (3 days ago and a few times in between). I am not expecting a sub 5 hr SLA from support but I would like some one to reply and get the process going.

I am not sure anyone can help here but I don't really know where to turn.

I would appreciate any assistance.
