Hi! New to BI software and i am currently testing it out with one camera.
I have it setup with substreams with a Reolink RLC820a camera. motion seems to be working and AI recognition also. However i see in the BI software that sometimes the trigger seems to not reset and this causes BI to not send new triggers to the AI for recognition.
I have also seen that BI outputs a new jpeg file for the current trigger however a .dat file is not created for many minutes. I can also see that new triggers are not sent to the AI when motion is captured during the time when the trigger is stuck.
I have been playing around with the basic settings for motion and also tried to lower and raise the end trigger (break time).
Somtimes the trigger resets after a few minutes but sometimes the trigger keeps being "high" for alot longer then few minutes. Most i've seen before i restarted the software was 30 minutes.
Also each AI trigger gets completed within 300ms so that should not be an issue for the trigger to stay high for many minutes.
Here are some config pictures:

BI Camera settings:
Note: at current test i did not have for BI to output .dat files however i have seen this behavior when "save AI analysis details" were enabled. I have turned it off now to test if this resolved the issue, which it did not.
Have anyone seen this issue before and have a solution to resolve it?
