Blue iris web UI

I have one camera that will not show up in the Blue Iris Web UI or BI APP. It shows up on the main BI program. Its an amcrest camera and it shows up on their app as well. I have checked the P2P connection in amcrest and it is enabled. I have also checked for hidden cameras on the desktop as I have had this happen before. If its hidden, it must be behind a tree somewhere. Any Ideas? Thanks

I forgot to say that It shows up under all cameras (Thumbnails) in the WEB UI just can't get it on the main screen.

Check the Camera Group. If a group only has one cam in it, it will not show up in the UI3.

Thanks, I found the problem. While checking the camera groups, I notice a check mark in the "Hidden" box in the tab settings and that fixed it. Thanks Again

Glad you have it visible now.
BTW, you should disable P2P on the camera anyway, especially since you're using BI's smartphone/tablet app.

Ok, Thanks for that info, I just assumed it would block it from the blue iris as well.
