Blue Iris will not work after reboot

Blue Iris running fine on souped up Windows 10 Machine with 16GB of RAM, and SS Drive for over a year------, within the last couple of months, a BI update caused the following to occur. I have reinstalled Windows from scratch, and behavior remains.

When I finally get cameras working an configured, they stop working after a reboot of windows. I then give up trying to get them to work, and without changing anything, they are usually all up and running in morning. They all say No Signal - All of them. And the status shows FORCE quitting pXServer and Force Quiting camthread for my 3 main wired Amcrest cams. CPU at 5% because Cams are not running. When they do run, system runs at 45-60% cpu, with like 6 cams going.

I'd be happy to send logs and screenshot, and even a video of the behavior assuming these cams on up in the morning. Usually the log shows they go back up after about 3 hrs in this error state with no intervention. They will run for weeks without a reboot of system.

An help would be appreciated.
