I'm running a Skylake processor (i3-6100) and was having problems with memory leaks when I ran Blue Iris with h264 hardware acceleration. I discovered an Intel thread that talked about HD Graphics having memory leaks and downgraded my video driver to version 15.40.10.64.4300 and the memory leaks went away. Another interesting side effect is that I can now run BI as a service with h246 acceleration on. But another "interesting" caveat has surfaced with the Android BI App. I can see the cameras live but whenever I look at an alert, they are black. Can anyone confirm this that is running a similar setup (Win7-64 with a Skylake CPU)?

I have the same problem. Only I have a processor Intel core i5-3570K.
Long could not understand where the problem. I found that because of the video driver, remove it and the problem disappeared.
This is a problem the way independent of the operating system on windows 10 and windows 7 was.
