I bought a new high performance windows notebook (with newest i7 processor and 16GB ram) and installed BlueStacks with tinyCam PRO and included 6 ip cams.
But the fan of the notebook is running all the time the cpu and the memory it over 50% all the time.

What can I do to reduce the needed performace??

Don't run video processing, especially multiple streams, on a laptop. The processors are not designed for constant, heavy, loads and will start throttling back due to heat. Combine that with the problems laptops inherently have dissipating heat and it will never work well for long. If you want to lower processor/memory utilization look at Blue Iris. Not free, but with the sub stream feature processor load drops dramatically. BI isn't really that expensive given the feature set.
