I have a Boavision HD22M102M PTZ IP camera. It has a built-in FTP function to send a snapshot to my web server. All works well, except it sends a different filename each time instead of the same filename and overwriting the existing file on the server. I need a consistent filename so that I may call it up via html on a weather web page. I only want a still snapshot and not a live video stream.
I don't want to have a PC running 24/7 to have software running that will do this.
The camera has onvif and rtsp commands. Is there something that I could do there? Any other thoughts and ideas? I have a raspberry pi3b that is connected to my network that is running 24/7 so maybe I could do something with that instead of a Windows PC.
