Hello everyone

I have a problem with configuration on a third part camera (boavision 5MP ptz 20x zoom)

nvr recognise camera as online with onvif configuration, but image is always black

i try to change:

-resolution
-h264/h265
-change onvif with rstp configurazion
-ecc

but image still black

It appears that the camera is on the same subnet as the NVR's LAN so it is NOT plugged into a POE port on the NVR, is that correct?
