Bricked Lorex D862A8-Z - TFTP recovery?

hi, I got a bricked Lorex D862A8-Z due to failed firmware upgrade.

It's stuck in a bootloop of the lorex logo.

TFTP recovery: I have been able to confirm requests a file from IP 192.168.1.108 called ID_ND022106164788.txt, but I haven't been able to figure out what commands to pass in that file, I followed some Dahua's guidelines but no matter the commands I try, it doesn't seem to like them. Right after the previous file is transferred, I get a request for failed.txt file.

I have the official firmware file, but I need some assistance to know how to load it into the system.

Any guidance as to how I should go about this?

You can try looking here for a possible solution....maybe try updating the firmware via USB. Otherwise just call Lorex tech support for assistance.

No luck there. They say the firmware can only be updated vía the web UI, no option to boot load it, so they told me it's bricked and they don't have any other suggestions.

But the device does do a tftp request, so that's why I'm trying to find what commands specifically these dvrs use
