Cable Gland on Dahua PFA130-E Junction Box

Question does anyone know the appropriate cable gland for a Dahua PFA 130-e Junction Box (link below) I believe the diameter is 3/4", I ordered some and they seem too short, unable to tighten lock washer. TIA (if possible looking for amazon link.)
