Cam logs in fine on my PC but not on my NVR

Hi,

Ok ,I need some ideas on how to fix this. I have a Security Camera King NVR, 8 cameras and 8 built in POE,s. The camera that is a problem was working fine on the NVR hours ago. But here is the weird thing, I am able to log into the camera on my PC but cannot get a live view on my NVR. So,again I have the camera plugged into the POE switch on the NVR, and the PC plugged into the same switch. I tried everything I could think of-switched ports, tried different http port numbers, and restarted the NVR.The weird thing is I can see the live view on the PC but not on the NVR. Any suggestions?

Not sure if this is the problem,but i had the same happen to me, see if you have it as .h265 in settings, and change it to .h264 , maybe this helps.

No, it's set for 264...

Must be something with video settings.
