greetings everybody
so recently i had 2 cameras(hikvision DS-2CD1043G0-I) in my workplace that have been working for months fail, checking them i found the cat6 cable had failed, just for checking i decided to conect both of them to the hik vision switch(HIKVISION ethernet switch ds-3E0326p-E/M)) to check if they also have problems and found that they werent working, so i thought both of the had failed, until for curiosity i decide to conect them to cisco switch that is part of our network and they suddenly started working and transmiting, tried to conect them again to the hik switch and they dont work.
other cameras from other models that are part of the network are working except for this two.
Could they be having some problems with the Power?
I would apreciate any help
