Hello all,

I took over a small business a year ago and the camera system was already set up, I was able to access the video feed via the iVMS-4500 app.

I recently changed ISP's, and I can no longer access the feed with the app.
The old service had a static IP address if that matters.

I am new to security camera setup, I just imagine it should be a relatively simple fix as it was working perfectly before.

Attached a bunch of screens below.

Thanks for any help!

Was one of the ISPs att? What are your network settings of nvr? If dhcp, try a reboot?

@lim1017 ,

Image #2 says DHCP is disabled and image #5 shows the tickbox for "Enable DHCP" is not checked so those IP's such as gateway at 192.168.1.1 won't change.
Check the box for "Enable DHCP", save it, reboot the NVR then examine that page from image #2 and see if those IP's change.
