Camera already added by another user message

Hello forum, I bought different 24 US version IP cameras online. Installed all and connected to NVRs without any problem. However, two cameras give me a hard time when I tried to add them to Hik Connect. Once I entered SN, the following message popped up, saying that that SN was already activated. I guess bith cameras on question were customer return.
How can I deregister both cameras? Has anyone experienced similar issue?

You may have to contact Hikvision directly and ask them to remove them from whatever account they tied to. They will probably ask you for verification code.
