Camera DS-2CD2432F-IW upgraded to 5.2.5 and audio still not working

Got 2 cameras from Amazon. One was shipped from China and everything works. One was recently ordered from POE Depot. US version came with power supply

Same issue as people have mentioned. When in live view the volume is movable to right but the mute icon shows no matter what. No audio can be heard unless you enable 2 way audio

Chinese version works just fine and does not show mute icon

Anyone seen this where when upgrading to 5.2.5 audio still does not work. I used the remote upgrade option under Maintenance tab
China version using POE and US version using wifi. I don't think that matters but giving as much info as possible.

This may be obvious but it took me a while to find it to get the audio going on my China import with same firmware/encoding. I failed to change the Video type to Video&Audio.
