Camera hand symbol

When I have BI open and I hover with the mouse over the cameras, one of them has like a hand pointer for the mouse pointer whereas the others all have a mouse arrow pointer. The camera which has the hand pointer also does not have any time overlay on the camera.

Any ideas why this is?
