Camera list is empty after setting up webserver

This is my first time setting up Blue Iris and I am getting the below error after adding a Reolink camera and creating a user account. What could be the problem?

Check if you have groups enabled for the camera, if the camera groups are not set correctly in UI3 then this is a possible reason, I know very little about the groups but this got me one time when I could not see some of my cameras!
