Camera Main Layout Question

I have 4 cameras setup in a "4 up" configuration on blueiris 5... four camera windows all the same size edge to edge in the main layout windows
When I view blueiris in a UI3 web interface the cameras are different size windows and a large black border in the main layout window?
Any idea why that is and if it can be setup to use all the space in this main window?
There doesn't seem to be a way to adjust the camera layout thru the UI3 web interface?

Another issue was a cheap Reolink PTZ cam that originally allowed me to control the PTZ thru blueiris. It stopped working thru blueiris but it does work thru the reolink app or web browser.
Not sure how that happened. Any ideas? tried changing the various
 
Read the help that is built into BI.

Also, read the help for UI3 that is available in UI3.

Double check that settings for that PTZ in the PTZ tab of camera setup in BI.

In the future, we recommend avoiding anything Reolink, except for their Doorbell cam.

Yup. You have been a member since 2015. You have gotten quite a bit of help. But if a member that provides all sorts of help to many members can't jump to tell you exactly what you need and instead recommends looking in the help file, you get snotty? No one gets paid here to help folks. And a lot of them actually donate money to the forum.
