Camera on network, but can't change IP or reserve

My network is on 192.168.86.xxx

My camera on an old network and now I'm trying to move it over. It has an IP of 192.168.1.xxx and was assigned the same IP on my new network.

When I try to do an IP reservation to change the IP, I can only change the last 3 numbers. But I need to change the "168" (old) to "68" (new)

I've tried resetting my camera manually, but that didn't work. Any ideas?

Try setting the camera to a static IP address, if you can only change the last 3 octet's it is because of the subnet mask, what are your lan setting on your router?
