Camera POE Hikvision error MDP

Hi, am Moctar, am master in french, i have problem with my NVR, i forget the password ans since 01 month, I have error MDP/user name and all the cameras is not workint, the said disconnected, i have try so many times with SADP i have succefuly reste the NVR password but the camera is still not connected, i need help thanks.
