My goodness my camera's we're all doing fine and now they are becoming problem children. My mini PTZ will start up, spin around and then look all the way one way and i can't get it to budge. It acts like it's stuck on something but it's not. I had this problem yesterday with the other one but somehow i got it to act normal again after rebooting things several times. I haven't updated the firmware on these yet.
I don't know if it's related but now I'm starting to wonder. My 20x PTZ started doing this thing where it just spins around in circles. Sometimes I can get it to stop by resetting it but then it goes back to spinning. I contacted support and they gave me a firmware upgrade but that didn't help.
The NVR is Dahua and the PoE switch is Cisco... any help would be greatly appreciated.
