Camera problem

Hi everyone
I bought two Dahua WiFi cameras 1320-S_W and connected them and both show up in the Config tool. Both cameras are initialized. The first camera has IP 192.168.8.104, and the second 192.168.8.106. On the first one, I had a picture through IE, but it is no longer there, nor does IE accept the IP address (This page can't be displayed). The second camera normally triggers the Dahua screen with the image. In the Config tool, the first camera (192.168.8.104) cannot be edited in Device Config - "Connection failed" message. Does anyone have a solution to the problem.

Is it connected on wifi or ethernet? I guess it's on wifi.
I'd try to restart the camera first, then when I get it back, set the IP address to fixed outside the DHCP range. For example, if the DHCP range is 192.168.8.100-192.168.8.254 I would put them on 192.168.8.10 and 192.168.11 (or something like that). Be sure nothing else is using that IP address.
But this will not help you much if you use wifi. Use ethernet if you can, wireless is not reliable.
