Looking around it seems that newer NVR firmware add this method, but am not sure it comes with the last firmware for my camera V5.4.5. In the large password thread on this site it is recommended to keep old firmware (which make it easier to reset lost password).
Before I upgrade firmware to newer Version (V5.4.5) I would like to know if the "camera password reset through security question" is implemented in this version (make in unnecessary to get a reset file from Hikvison)?
