Mix with settings on substream do nothing if hik will not load substream :/ If I change settings on mainstream I've got video. The thing is to get video on substream.

Hik intercom is straight forward and doesn’t choose the main-stream by itself. It is something wrong on the Dahua side. If you say the rtsp link is 100% correct and should point to sub-stream, then maybe something is not right there. Ask Dahua support. This means that even you already wrote subtype=1, Dahua is still streaming the main-stream.
Are you using iVMS to insert the XML file?

Hik support informed me that this unit displays the main stream for cameras up to 720p resolution, and the secondary stream for higher resolutions. This happens automatically.
I do not have any other camera to check it.
Dahua support showed me that they add camera by onvif and they could pik which stream they want to load. They did it on nvr dahua with dahua camera.

"in my case, the 6320 screen sees the dahua cameras as only one stream, the main one, so I had to set h264 and now:
camera no. 1 is previewed on the screen in 2560x1440
camera no. 2 is previewed only in 1280x960
the cameras are identical, they have the same firmware version:

I have found main problem. If I import xml file with subtype=1 and go to check if it works and go back and check rstp link I will see that subtype has changed to 0. If I export xml file I will see always subtype=0.
So now we have guarantee that problem is with 6320. I even upgrade firmware to 2.2.100
