I have been having these "Offline" problems the past week and a half. Suddenly, when viewing the cameras in my phone app (Using EZVIZ or Hik-Connect), the devices are offline.
I have to reboot the NVR and 80% of the time it will work again, but low and behold, in a day or two will go back offline until I either reboot or have to remove the network cable and reboot then it will work.
Does anyone know the reason behind this? Before this problem, they have been working perfectly for the past year!
