Cameras randomly rebooting

I have 7 cameras going into a dahua 5216 NVR occasionally maybe once a month I will see the NVR has shut down for a few minutes and than comes back on. Additionally I have 2 cameras that randomly reboot every couple days on around 230am and the other around 420 am. Is there a way to see within the NVR log or camera if they are being accessed from outside the network. Should I just do a factory reset? Is there any other recommended ideas to make sure the system is secure. I plead the 5th on P2P.

there are settings on both cameras and NVR to do restart every specified day of week at very specified time..
disable that settings

log into each camera and the 2 were set to reboot. switched to no reboot all fixed thanks for guidance
