Cameras switching to the previous IP after power loss

Hello, we have changed our sub-network for IP cameras and set them up with appropriate static IP. After a power outage, we noticed that a few of the cameras are not showing up in the NVR. We did a little bit of troubleshooting and it looks like when the cameras lose power they are going back to the previous IP address, not the default one, but the one before we switched to our new sub-network.

Camera model: IPC-HFW5231E-ZE

Any ideas about what is happening or what can we do so the cameras will stay on their new assigned IP?

Was the firmware ever updated? Sometimes it can get wonky.

Best practice is to factory reset, apply the firmware, and then factory reset again (some factory reset 3 times to be sure).

So I would suggest at a minimum try a factory reset and then set up the camera again - do not import config settings or you just bring it along.
