My Camhi PTZ Camera MODEL: ASZA-B11B-CAM-4G-5X-5.0MP has entered loop reboot. I have reset it many times to no avail. I believe this started when grid power was unstable - on and off. X2 memory cards were corrupted as a result. I have in addition to reset tried changing to different adapters as well as removing the memory card with no success. I suspect it may be a firmware problem.

I am unable to connect to the camera via app but it's wifi hot spot works all the time while it's on. Can someone help me figure out how to connect to the camera to change the firmware?

I had that happen to me once, it ended up being the power supply. It was originally POE when the issue started and stored the reboot when I switched to a 120v power adapter.

Thank you so very much for sparing the time to read and make proposals to resolving my challenge.

Mine is a regular DC adapter supplied ptz. I have already tried swapping out my high capacity adapters to no avail. However disconnecting and reconnecting the GK2705 GOKE chip, after a small interva, seemsl to have stopped the loop reboot. The camera however does not appear on the app rendering it useless in the interim.
