Can’t add Poe cameras to Smart P

I was able to add cameras on the 192.168.0.1 scheme, but the cameras on the built in Poe switch (10.1.1.xxx) will add, but are offline. Used the manual add feature. What am I missing? Version is 1.0

You need the NVR, on the 192.168.0.X, once you add the NVR to smartPSS it will give you a drop down of the cams on your NVR, you will not add those cams separately if they are sitting behing the NVR on the 10.1.1.X subnet.
