Hello new to this forum, looking on how to hard reset NVR to load new firmware either thru RS232 port using putty to putty or other means.
I made the mistake of trying to remote into an NVR and upload new firmware.
I now have the system on desk.
The system keeps rebooting every 2 minutes and I get a Dahua splash screen only.
I tried accessing the unit thru the RS 232 using putty to putty and my settings are 115200, 1, 8, none.
I can see the system booting up with the following information(attachment). During the boot up I see it says "Hit any key to stop auto boot" and count down from 3 but no key accesses it.
