Can not connect my cameras to inertnet any more - Imou Ranger 2

Hi

Today I tried to connect my cameras but the remote server does not respond and every time I try it failed. Any one experience the same issue ? I tried also reset the cameras but seems the remote server is down.

I set the router to accept certain devices by mac address. the camera was not of them so it was blocked from router rules

Thanks. I checked this and it's ok. The device was connected and worked properly. 2 weeks ago it goes offline and now i can't connect it again the error is "failed to add your device"
Do you have any idea how can I fix it?
