Please help me to get my Camera DH-SD1A203T-GN-W to make face detection. I make this steps on the camera but no results.
1. add a new Preset: Preset1 in Sub Menu PTZ / Function.
2. activate Face Detection for Preset1 in Sub Menu Event / Smart Plan.
3. Enable it in Sub Menu Event / Face Detection.
Later I connect it to DHI-NVR4104-P-4KS2/L and enable Face Detection in Sub Menu AI / Parameters.
But when I search for Face Detection in AI / AI Search Sub Menu, I get "No data available" no photos.
