Cannot use Camera Management in iVMS

I have a DS-7608NI-K2/8P NVR and two cameras; a DS-2CD4A25FWD-IZS and a DS-2CD2785G0-IZS.

The I go to Camera Management in iVMS and try to access the first camera it all works fine and I can access the cameras webpage:


but when I go to the second camera, I get the following error:



Both cameras are online and live stream can be viewed via iVMS or a webpage.

Why cant I access the configuration?

Install newer version of ivms i had similar problems with video intercom devices. ivms4200 v3.8.0.4

Updated to the latest version but still have the same issue. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Unistall "webComponents" from control panel and try again.

Unistall "webComponents" from control panel and try again.

Uninstalled WebComponents and unfortunately the same as before...
