Can't access Foscam cameras from Windows 10

I used to access my cameras by typing the IP address of a camera into my browser using IE. No IE so I tried Chrome, Foxfire and the new Edge. Now I get a message plugins not found. I click to install but it says it is already running. When I login it just goes back to the login screen and tells me to login after installing the plugin. Is there a way to get the plugin to work?

Win 10 DOES have IE, just hiding (MS wants you to use Edge); search for "internet Explorer".
Or you can try Palemoon browser, 32 bit and install the plug-in for IE.

You'll have to use one or the other to access Foscam's webGUI.
