It's a doorbell camera DS-KB8113-IME1(B). I used to be able to directly connect to the camera using Virtual Host from within HIK Connect on my PC's browser. That's how I did the firmware update. After the update, I can no longer access the camera with Virtual Host anymore. I did notice in the NVR, Configuration > Camera > (gear icon, settings button) > Advanced settings, Channel Address and management Port are blank. When I try to enter the address and port that are supposed to be there, i get "error setting failed 0xfffffff5". Can you please tell me what I need to do to get Virtual Host access working again?
