Can't add one of my cameras to HIK-connect app for remote view

I got an old DS-2CD2532F-I camera I only can add to my HIK-connect app as an Local device. I can't add it so that I can view it remote (away from my network).
I tried to access Network - Platform access, but only got this EZVIZ Cloud P2P. Is this camera to old to remote viewing in the HIK-connect app ?



I also got an newer camera DS-2CD2345FWD-I where I can select HIK-connect and this works just fine for remote viewing in the app

All i can see here you didnt even enable the option. After enabling it and checking gateway is valid, does the Status go to online?

EZVIZ server should still be valid for hik-connect registering. Atleast it worked for me month ago.
