Can't enable geofences

I've been running BI for a little over 3 years now. Recently I noticed that my geofencing just stopped working and I quit receiving alerts when motion is detected. I upgraded to the latest version on both my phone and PC and i've uninstalled/reinstalled with no luck.

Now, on my Samsung S7 Edge, when I try to enable geofences after i select the geofence radius the app just takes me to my phones locations settings. There's nothing to do there except turn on/off location services. Any idea why geofences and push alerts would just quit working?
 
i have the same exact problem :-( and just posted on here before seeing your post. I have written to tech support, if they are good enough to reply i will post the reply here, i have tried million times, turned on/off location settings (I always have them on), tried using server location and phone location, nothing seems to work and cannot get beyond the same problem as you, very frustrating
