Hi all,
I have BI4 installed (windows 10) and trying to install BI5.
I have double clicked the file, and right clicked and selected "run as administrator" but nothing happens after the screen allowing it to make changes to indicate it is doing anything.
I have disabled Kaspersky and malwarebytes, stopped BI4 running as service, rebooted but still nothing happens.
Anyone got any ideas what I can try next please.
