Vandal resistant doorbell camera mode DS-KB8113-IME1(B). I have it connected to a HIKVision NVR. All the camera functions work properly. When I press the call button, it immediately says "calling failed". I have a feeling I need to make some kind of configuration settings in the camera by using virtual host, but I have no idea what settings I need to change. I have also tried adding the camera as a separate device from the app on my Android phone (I already have the NVR added as a device), but the the connection keeps timing out after the 80 second countdown with buttons to "try again" or "cancel". Obviously, it's connected to the network and so is my phone. But it keeps thinking it's not connected.
